Monday-We will examine the role played by Women and African-Americans in the Civil War. Students will finish p. 499 1-5.
Tuesday-We will discuss the end of the Civil War. We will review the final battles and the people that played a major role in these events.
Wednesday-We will review Chapter-17 in preparation for a test. Students will work on review exercise in class.
Thursday-We will take a test on the Civil War. We will then introduce the new Chapter on Reconstruction by reading and discussing timeline and pictures on pp. 514-515.
Friday-We will watch a video about Abraham Lincoln.
