Monday-We will finish our discussion of the founding of the Jamestown Colony with special note to the factors that led to it’s survival. Students will finish ditto sheet that have not finished already.
Tuesday-We will examine the role played by the Pilgrims in founding the Bay Colony. p. 93-97. We will review Chapter 3 in preparation for a test on Wednesday.
Wednesday-We will test on Chapter 3. We will then introduce Chapter 4 by reading the timeline and students will read pp, 102-107
Thursday-We will review the founding of the New England Colonies and how religion played a major role in life in New England. pp. 102-107.
Friday-We will discuss life in the Middle Colonies and how the Middle Colonies developed a sense of toleration. Students will doquestions 1-6 p.11
