Monday-Sudents will be allowed to finish the ditto sheet of questions that was started on Friday. This sheet covered pp. 320-325. We will talk about the War of 1812. I will also assign a Lewis and Clark Project in my first and sixth period classes. This project will be due February 9th. The other periods will do a Lewis and Clark exercise that will be due Thursday. spi L3.
Tuesday-We will review Chpater 10 in preparation for a test Wednesday. We will then read Chapter 3 of Escape From Slavery. We will then do a newspaper related activity.
Wednesday-Students will take a test on Chapter 10. After testing students will read pp. 330-335 in preparation for discussing Chapter 11. Students need to start working on the questions and key terms at the top of 330.
Thursday-We will formulate reasons why the Industrial Revolution started in England in the mid-1700’s based on information fouded in the reading of pp.330-335. spi L3
Friday - We will read and discuss section 2 Chapter 11-Americans Move West.
