Monday-We will cover the Declaration of Independence pp. 173-176. spi L3. Students will be allowed time to work on past work. They will also be given a new ditto sheet to do with answers staring on p. 181. They can do p. 185 1-5 instead of the ditto if they prefer.
Tuesday-We will discuss fighting in the Middle States. We will focus on the Battle of Long Island, the American victory at Saratoga and aid from Europe. pp. 181-184. Students will finish ditto sheet or questions p. 185 1-5.
Wednesday-We will discuss Valley Forge and students will do a creative writing exercise in class. We will explore the role of Women in the War and how American-Americans helped the war effort.
Thursday-We will continue our discussion of the role played by Women and Blacks in the war. We will also discuss the war on the frontier and fighting at sea.pp. 187-189 spi L3. Studenst will do p. 189 1-5.
Friday-We will cover the Winning of the War in the South. pp. 191-195.
